This is experimental DeFi software running on the Solana blockchain. You must read, understand and accept the following terms before interacting with the protocol. By clicking "I Accept" you acknowledge that APY is variable, rebase-driven, modeled for display, and not guaranteed. These terms are not legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice.
BioLLM Stake & Lend is provided as-is, on an unaudited, best-effort basis, by Stormy IT Services LLC, a company registered in the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis ("the Operator"). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, affiliates and contractors disclaim responsibility for losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your use of the interface or protocol, including:
You confirm that you are acting on your own independent judgment, that you have the legal capacity to do so, and that you are not relying on any statement made by the Operator in any marketing, social or casual communication channel. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct where applicable.
Staking does NOT guarantee any yield. Headline APY figures are variable rebase APY displays: they are annualized, compounded projections based on the active pool reward policy, live pool state, or the published display model when live history is not sufficient. The display model may include assumed bootstrap emissions and modeled lending/default yield; it is not a promise that those rewards will be earned or paid. Queued reward batches are shown as next-rebase boosts, not APY.
The protocol only targets a reserve-backed floor above 0% APY when market yield and reserve coverage are available. If coverage is lower, payouts scale down rather than creating protocol debt. Value accrues to stakers only when one of the following actually happens on-chain:
There is no central guarantor. There is no insurance fund. If no one borrows, no one defaults, no penalties are generated, no funded emissions or revenue are available, and the reserve has no coverage, your effective yield can be zero or near zero, regardless of the displayed APY. Your principal can also shrink through a slash event.
When you stake X tokens, the program mints you Y sBioLLM receipt tokens, where Y = X × 1e12 / rebase_index. We refer to Y as gons. Your gon balance is the accounting unit for your principal position. The rebase index is principal accounting; it may remain unchanged during positive reward accrual and may move down during slash events.
principal value = gons × rebase_index / 1e12
Positive yield is tracked through a separate tier-weighted reward accumulator, not by assuming that the rebase index always increases. Lock tiers (30d / 90d / 180d / 365d / 730d) give you 1× / 2× / 4× / 10× / 20× reward weight respectively, so longer locks capture a larger share of every reward distribution. Pending rewards may require a supported protocol interaction to settle. A slash event moves the principal index down, socializing losses across stakers.
Borrowers post sBioLLM collateral and receive up to 40% of its token-value as a loan. Interest is charged at 35% APR nominal, compounded daily on every loan interaction (≈41.9% effective APY). Overdue loans (past maturity) additionally accrue 50% APR as a late fee, for a combined ~85% effective rate. Loans become liquidatable whenever (a) their LTV exceeds 65%, or (b) they pass their maturity date — whichever happens first. Liquidation seizes the total owed plus a 15% penalty, pays the keeper 2% of the seized amount, and routes eligible surplus or forfeited rewards into the tier-weighted reward accumulator. Liquidations are permissionless but not guaranteed to be called immediately: anyone can call them when conditions are met. Early unstakers forfeit 40% of their redeemable tokens; that 40% accrues to remaining stakers as tier-weighted rewards.

Nothing on this page, in any repository, in any Discord, Telegram, Twitter/X, GitHub issue or commit message constitutes financial, tax, legal or regulatory advice. The protocol is not a bank account, deposit account, brokerage account, insurance product, money-market fund or guaranteed investment product. Digital assets may be volatile, illiquid, stolen, frozen, taxed, regulated or restricted, and may lose all value.
All APY figures are variable projections computed from on-chain state, active reward policy, and/or a published display model at a moment in time. They can change without notice and may differ materially from realized rewards. The Operator may update parameters where admin authority permits, including interest rate, lock durations, liquidation thresholds, reward settings, pause status or other controls, at any time without prior notification. Changes in law or regulator guidance may require restriction, suspension, migration or shutdown of the interface.
