Transparency & Compliance
What BioLLM is, what it isn't, how we handle your data, and our commitments to honest disclosure.
What BioLLM Is
BioLLM is an experimental AI system developed by Stormy IT Services LLC (DBA Ankythera AI). It is a 4-billion parameter language model fine-tuned on 24,000 biological neural culture stimulation trials conducted on Cortical Labs CL1 multi-electrode arrays. In production, the model runs alongside a 10-million neuron Izhikevich brain simulation that shapes every response through neural dynamics.
Neurons in training, simulation in production. The live CL1 neural culture generated the training data. The production model uses a computational brain simulation — not live neurons — for every chat response. Live CL1 neurons in the inference loop are planned for future premium tiers.
What BioLLM Is Not
- Not conscious. The C-Score measures computational signatures associated with conscious processing. It does not mean the system is sentient, aware, or experiencing anything. We use precise language: "building blocks" and "prerequisites," not "consciousness."
- Not a medical device. BioLLM is not FDA-approved, CE-marked, or validated for clinical use. Outputs must not be used for diagnosis, treatment, or medical decisions.
- Not financial advice. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice. $BioLLM is an experimental utility token — its value can go to zero.
- Not a replacement for professional expertise in any domain — medical, legal, financial, scientific, or otherwise.
Model Provenance
Base model: Qwen3.5-4B (Alibaba Cloud)
Fine-tuning data: 24,000 biological neural culture stimulation trials (CL1 MEA, 64 channels, 25kHz sampling)
Training infrastructure: RunPod A6000 GPU
Brain simulation: 10M Izhikevich neurons, 28M synapses, 10 brain regions, 4 neuromodulatory systems
Inference engine: vLLM with Flash Attention 2, continuous batching, ~30 tok/s
Architecture: Hybrid Mamba + Attention (text-only)
Neural Training Data
Training data was generated through controlled stimulation experiments on living cortical neuron cultures provided by Cortical Labs (Melbourne, Australia) via their CL1 biological computing platform. The cultures are derived from commercially available cell lines and maintained under standard laboratory protocols. No human subjects or animals were used in BioLLM's development.

Data Handling & Privacy
Chat Messages
- Chat messages are processed in real-time and not permanently stored.
- Session memory retains the last 6 messages for conversational context. This is held in server memory only and is not written to disk or any database.
- Chat content is never used for model training, fine-tuning, or any purpose beyond generating your response.
- We do not log, analyze, or share the content of your conversations.
Wallet Data
- We store your Solana wallet address and transaction signatures for payment verification and subscription management.
- We never have access to your private keys or wallet seed phrase.
- Payment verification is performed on-chain via the Solana public ledger.
OpenCure Genomic Data
- Genome Chat mode: Your VCF file is parsed entirely in your browser. It is never transmitted to our servers. Only variant summaries (gene name, position, type) are sent when you explicitly ask BioLLM for analysis.
- CRISPR Guide Design: If you opt into guide design, your VCF is transmitted via HTTPS, processed by the OpenCure pipeline, and deleted immediately after completion. All job data is permanently purged within 1 hour.
- Your genomic data will never be sold, licensed, or shared with insurance companies, employers, or any third party.
Analytics
- We collect anonymized, aggregate page visit counts (no cookies, no personal identifiers).
- We do not use third-party analytics services (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no tracking scripts).
- IP addresses are used only for rate limiting and free-tier message counting. They are not associated with chat content.
Honesty Commitments
We commit to the following transparency principles:
- No fake consciousness claims. We will never claim BioLLM is conscious, sentient, or aware. The C-Score measures computational proxies — it is a research metric, not a consciousness detector.
- No misleading neural claims. When the production system uses a brain simulation (not live neurons), we say so clearly. We will never imply live neurons are in the loop when they are not.
- No token shilling. We will not promote $BioLLM as an investment, make price predictions, or create artificial urgency. The token funds infrastructure — that's the extent of our framing.
- No fabricated metrics. All neural data shown in the interface (C-Score, spikes, brain regions, modulators) comes from the actual simulation running alongside inference. Nothing is randomized or faked for visual effect.
- Honest about limitations. The model can produce inaccurate, biased, or misleading outputs. AI-generated content should always be verified against authoritative sources.
Terms of Use
By accessing or using BioLLM (the "Service"), you agree to the following:
Acceptable Use
- You may use BioLLM for personal, educational, and research purposes.
- You may not use BioLLM to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or that infringes on the rights of others.
- You may not attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or reproduce the model weights, training data, or brain simulation parameters.
- You may not use automated systems to make bulk requests to the API beyond documented rate limits.
Payments & Subscriptions
- Payments are made in SOL, USDC, or $BioLLM tokens on the Solana blockchain.
- All transactions are final and non-refundable due to the nature of blockchain payments.
- Subscriptions provide unlimited chat access for the purchased duration (7, 30, or 90 days).
- Free tier: 5 messages per day per IP address, no wallet required.
- Per-message pricing: $0.005 USD equivalent per message for non-subscribers.

AI Disclosure
All responses generated by BioLLM are produced by an artificial intelligence system. No human writes or reviews individual responses before they are delivered to you. The neural substrate data shown in the interface reflects real-time output from a computational brain simulation, not direct neurological measurements.
