BioLLM

Transparency & Compliance

What BioLLM is, what it isn't, how we handle your data, and our commitments to honest disclosure.

What BioLLM Is

BioLLM is an experimental AI system developed by Stormy IT Services LLC (DBA Ankythera AI). It is a 4-billion parameter language model fine-tuned on 24,000 biological neural culture stimulation trials conducted on Cortical Labs CL1 multi-electrode arrays. In production, the model runs alongside a 10-million neuron Izhikevich brain simulation that shapes every response through neural dynamics.

Neurons in training, simulation in production. The live CL1 neural culture generated the training data. The production model uses a computational brain simulation — not live neurons — for every chat response. Live CL1 neurons in the inference loop are planned for future premium tiers.

What BioLLM Is Not

Model Provenance

Base model: Qwen3.5-4B (Alibaba Cloud)

Fine-tuning data: 24,000 biological neural culture stimulation trials (CL1 MEA, 64 channels, 25kHz sampling)

Training infrastructure: RunPod A6000 GPU

Brain simulation: 10M Izhikevich neurons, 28M synapses, 10 brain regions, 4 neuromodulatory systems

Inference engine: vLLM with Flash Attention 2, continuous batching, ~30 tok/s

Architecture: Hybrid Mamba + Attention (text-only)

Neural Training Data

Training data was generated through controlled stimulation experiments on living cortical neuron cultures provided by Cortical Labs (Melbourne, Australia) via their CL1 biological computing platform. The cultures are derived from commercially available cell lines and maintained under standard laboratory protocols. No human subjects or animals were used in BioLLM's development.

AI Disclosure

All responses generated by BioLLM are produced by an artificial intelligence system. No human writes or reviews individual responses before they are delivered to you. The neural substrate data shown in the interface reflects real-time output from a computational brain simulation, not direct neurological measurements.
